A First For Easy Home Brew

We're very pleased to announce that we have a new range of very high quality 30 bottle wine kits. The Doc's Original kits require no extra sugar and take two to three weeks to ferment. After adding finings and stabiliser, it will be ready to drink a couple of weeks later but would benefit from bulk ageing. These kits have been recommended to us by one of our customers and we are sure you will enjoy them.


We have the following varieties available: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Chablis Style, Shiraz/Merlot, Cabernet/Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
